 Machine Description
1.This machine is composed of molding system, heating system, control system, etc.

2.The operation of the machine is divided into left and right stations. The left frame enters the middle heating furnace and is heated according to the set time. The right frame can be shaped, pick and place materials at the same time. Then right frame is moved into the middle heating furnace for heating according to the set time, and alternately circulates.

3.Install laser distance measurement to control the plate at a certain distance to prevent it from falling after being heated for too long(Optional)

4.The machine is equipped with a vacuum box to ensure sufficient vacuum capacity, and the left and right forming stations are respectively equipped with devices such as blowing, primary small vacuum, secondary large vacuum, and demolding air blowing. Among them, there is a corresponding gate valve switch for bubble blowing and a small vacuum, and the flow rate can be controlled by the gate valve switch.

5.The machine only needs to disassemble and install the mounting strip on the mold installation base plate to replace the mold, improve the speed of replacing the mold, and the mold will not be dropped when the power is turned off; it can also be directly installed on the installation base plate.

6.The fan cooling system of the left and right stations of the machine respectively adopts 4 high-efficiency centrifugal fans, which can flexibly adjust the angle of the air outlet and accelerate the cooling and shaping of the cabinet, thereby improving production efficiency.

7.The heating furnace part of this machine is divided into upper heating furnace and lower heating furnace, adopting one control one independent pressure regulating temperature control system. Among them, the upper heating furnace adopts 122 * 122 honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks; the lower heating rate is longitudinally arranged with densely arranged heating tubes, and four symmetrica heating tubes are arranged horizontally. The heating furnace can automatically output different temperatures corresponding to the temperature difference between the left and right stations (you can set the temperature compensation).

8.The heating furnace on this machine can move left and right to preheat the aluminum mold.

9.The manual operation and automatic operation of this machine can be arbitrarily selected, suitable for operators of various proficiency levels

10.An infrared grating is installed at the loading and unloading position to prevent the frame from falling down and pressing the operator(Optional)

11.The operation interface of this machine is friendly, all parameters can be adjusted in real time, and it has the function of saving recipes.

Process Flow of Luggage Vacuum Forming Machine
A thermoforming machine, also known as a vacuum forming machine, plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process of luggage shells. This technology is essential for creating the durable and aesthetically pleasing outer surfaces of suitcases and other types of luggage. The process typically involves several stages, each contributing to the final quality and functionality of the luggage shell.

To begin with, a flat sheet of thermoplastic material is fed into the machine. This sheet is usually made of ABS, polycarbonate, or other durable and lightweight plastics, which are ideal for luggage due to their impact resistance and flexibility. The plastic sheet is then clamped securely and heated until it becomes pliable. This heating process is carefully controlled to ensure that the plastic reaches the optimal temperature without deforming or damaging the material.

Once the plastic sheet is sufficiently heated, it is molded into the desired shape using a specialized mold. The mold itself can be designed to include intricate patterns, logos, or other design elements that give the luggage its unique appearance. Vacuum pressure is then applied to draw the heated plastic tightly against the mold, ensuring that it conforms precisely to the mold's contours.

After the forming process, the newly shaped plastic shell is allowed to cool and solidify. Cooling can be accelerated using various techniques, such as air blasts or cooling fans, to ensure uniformity and structural integrity. Once cooled, the shell is removed from the mold and any excess material, known as flash, is trimmed away.

The formed luggage shells are then ready for assembly. Additional components such as zippers, handles, and wheels are attached to complete the luggage. The finished product undergoes quality checks to ensure it meets specified standards for durability, appearance, and functionality.
