Product Description

Technical Parameter

1.The 24-inch luggage box vacuum forming machine integrates three major systems and is specifically designed for luggage production. The equipment operates with two workstations alternating their tasks: when the left workstation is feeding and heating, the right workstation simultaneously completes the forming process and material exchange. Then, the roles of the two stations are swapped, forming a continuous production cycle.

2. The equipment continuously monitors the heating status of the sheet material using a laser rangefinder to prevent deformation due to overheating; the vacuum system has been specially designed to ensure sufficient suction force. Each workstation is equipped with multi-level airflow control, and the blowing and vacuum processes can be precisely adjusted through gate valves.

3. The mold replacement is very convenient. The aluminum molds can be directly installed and will not fall off even when power is cut off. The cooling system uses four sets of adjustable-angle centrifugal fans, which have remarkable efficiency. The heating furnace is independently controlled at different levels for the upper and lower sections, allowing the molds to be preheated horizontally and automatically adjust the temperature according to the temperature difference between the two stations.

4. The equipment supports both manual and automatic operation, equipped with safety grating to prevent accidents. The human-machine interface is user-friendly, supporting real-time parameter adjustment and recipe storage. It is particularly suitable for plastic sheet manufacturing enterprises. Additionally, it can be connected with a CNC cutting machine to further enhance the overall efficiency of the production line.
