Superior Heat Management and Rapid Prototyping Cycle Advantages
The equipment integrates efficient cooling and alternate workstation design, effectively converting the results of constant temperature heating into continuous and precise outputs. Four sets of adjustable centrifugal fans form an efficient cooling system, which can quickly and evenly remove the heat from the products after molding, stabilizing their shapes. Combined with the dual workstation alternate operation mode, when one workstation precisely performs vacuum molding and cooling on the preheated sheet, the other workstation simultaneously prepares the next sheet for constant temperature heating. This design enables seamless connection of the heating, molding, and cooling processes, significantly shortening the production cycle of a single product and ensuring that each production step (especially the heating step) can be completed calmly under the set optimal parameters, achieving the unity of high efficiency and high precision.
High-precision airflow control and vacuum molding advantages
The accuracy during the molding process depends on a powerful vacuum system and precise airflow control. The equipment is equipped with a specially designed vacuum system, providing sufficient and stable suction. Each workstation is equipped with multiple levels of airflow control, and through valves, the blowing (for assisting molding) and vacuuming processes can be independently and precisely adjusted. This high-precision control of gas dynamics enables plastic sheets to quickly and precisely adhere to every detail of the mold after reaching the optimal plastic state under constant temperature heating, achieving full control throughout the heating-to-molding process.
Precise temperature control and closed-loop heating advantages
This equipment builds an intelligent closed-loop heating system through the independent temperature control of the heating furnace at the top and bottom and the collaborative work of the laser distance meter. The heating furnace not only supports horizontal preheating of molds but can also automatically adjust the temperature based on the real-time temperature difference between the two workstations, ensuring the uniformity and stability of the entire heating area and achieving true constant temperature heating. The laser distance meter continuously monitors the deformation of the sheet material and feeds the data back to the temperature control system, which can dynamically prevent local overheating and resulting softening deformation. This precise and uniform heating environment is the prerequisite for the uniform extension and precise mold adhesion of the material in the subsequent vacuum forming stage, fundamentally ensuring the consistency of product dimensions and the quality of the forming process.
