1.Dual-station cyclic efficient system
The equipment adopts an alternating operation mode of left and right stations to achieve simultaneous heating and forming processes, significantly enhancing production efficiency. When one station is performing constant temperature heating, the other station can simultaneously complete forming and loading/unloading, forming a continuous production cycle. This is particularly suitable for vacuum forming of luggage cases and other products, ensuring uninterrupted production process and more stable output.
2. Intelligent temperature control and precise anti-sagging integrated design
The heating furnace has independent temperature control functions for the upper and lower sections. It is equipped with honeycomb far-infrared heating plates and multiple layers of heating tubes, and supports horizontal movement of the furnace body to achieve uniform heating at both workstations. Combined with the laser distance measurement system, it can monitor and adjust the position of the sheet material in real time to prevent the material from sagging due to prolonged heating. The entire process from heating to forming ensures the quality of the box shell.
3. Efficient vacuum blowing and rapid cooling combination
The system is equipped with a large-capacity vacuum chamber and dual-station independent blowing devices, supporting various modes such as low vacuum, double high vacuum, and demolding blowing. It is equipped with a built-in flow regulating valve, allowing for precise control of bubbles and vacuum effects. At each station, four high-speed centrifugal fans are provided, with adjustable air output, enabling rapid cooling of the molded parts and significantly shortening the production cycle.
4. Integrated rapid mold change and safe operation
The mold strip fixed design enables mold change by simply removing and installing the mold strips. The operation is simple and fast, enhancing the mold change efficiency while avoiding accidental power outages that could cause mold damage. The equipment supports both manual and automatic modes, and infrared safety gratings are installed in the loading and unloading areas to effectively prevent the frame from accidentally falling, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
5. Stable Structure and Multi-functional Adaptability
The entire machine takes into account both high-load operation stability and process flexibility, and can meet the forming requirements of various materials such as PC. From heating, molding to cooling and demolding, the entire process integrates intelligent control and mechanical optimization to ensure the high-level unification of efficiency, quality and safety in mass production.
