5.Optimized Cooling System
Each station includes four high-speed centrifugal fans with adjustable airflow outlets. This allows for rapid cooling of molded products, shortening cycle times and supporting high-efficiency production, especially in fully automated ABS/PC sheet forming lines.
6.Smart Multi-Zone Heating Furnace
The heating furnace is divided into two independently controlled sections, each with separate pressure and temperature regulation. The upper section employs 122×122 honeycomb far-infrared heating panels, while the lower section is equipped with densely arranged heating tubes—including four symmetrically placed horizontal tubes. Automatic temperature adjustment ensures even heating across both stations, and the furnace can be shifted laterally for mold preheating, increasing both versatility and performance.
7.User-Friendly and Safe Operation
The machine supports both manual and automatic control modes, accommodating operators of varying experience levels. Infrared safety gratings are installed at the loading and unloading areas to prevent frame drops and ensure operator protection.
