1.This 24-inch hard shell vacuum forming equipment, specially designed for luggage manufacturing, integrates multiple core units such as forming modules, temperature control modules and intelligent control modules, which can effectively enhance the production efficiency of luggage processing.
Meanwhile, this equipment can work smoothly in coordination with the CNC plastic cutting machine, thereby significantly optimizing the overall operational efficiency of the luggage production line.
2. The left and right workstations adopt a parallel processing and alternating cycle mechanism: when one workstation sends the frame for heating, the other workstation simultaneously conducts forming and material operations. Subsequently, the processes of both sides were swapped, and this cycle repeated itself. This design achieves seamless connection between processes and is highly in line with the requirements of assembly line production.
3. This device monitors the heating process in real time through a laser rangefinder to prevent the polycarbonate sheet from overheating and falling off, and ensures the suction efficiency through an optimized vacuum box design. Both the left and right forming stations are equipped with multiple airflow systems. All airflows are precisely controlled by gate valves to ensure the stability and accuracy of the forming process.
