This machine is a professional vacuum thermoforming machine integrating an advanced forming system, a precise heating system and an intelligent control system.
1. Dual-station alternating operation mode
The equipment adopts a dual-station alternating operation design on the left and right: while the left station enters the central heating furnace for heating according to the program, the right station can simultaneously carry out forming processing and material replacement operations. The efficient mode of achieving continuous production without interruption through the rotation of workstations makes it an ideal choice for luggage manufacturing.
2. Forming accuracy guarantee system **
To ensure the forming accuracy, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision laser positioning system, which can monitor the position of the sheet in real time and effectively suppress the thermal deformation of the material. It is equipped with a large-capacity vacuum box to provide a stable negative pressure environment for the molding process. Each molding station is equipped with a complete pressure control system, including a pre-blowing device, a two-stage vacuum system (small vacuum in the initial stage and large vacuum in the secondary stage), and a demolding auxiliary device. Combined with a throttle valve system with adjustable precision, it perfectly meets the molding process requirements of materials such as polycarbonate.
3. Quick mold changing and efficient cooling system
The mold changing system adopts a quick clamping design. Mold changing can be completed simply by operating the positioning rod on the mold installation base plate. This not only improves the mold changing efficiency but also ensures the safety of the equipment in case of power failure and other situations. The cooling system is equipped with four sets of high-performance centrifugal fans, supporting multi-angle air supply adjustment, which can significantly shorten the cooling and setting time of the product.
4. Independent temperature-controlled heating system
The heating system adopts an independent temperature control design at the top and bottom: the upper part is equipped with a 122×122 specification honeycomb far-infrared heating module, and the lower part is set with four groups of horizontally symmetrical high-efficiency heating tubes. The intelligent temperature control compensation system can precisely adjust the temperature balance of the two workstations. The heating furnace body has a lateral movement function, which can preheat the mold and further enhance production efficiency.
5. Dual-mode operation and safety protection
The equipment supports manual/automatic dual-mode operation and is equipped with an infrared safety light curtain protection system, effectively ensuring operational safety. The humanized control interface supports real-time parameter adjustment and process formula storage functions, making the operation intuitive and simple.
