This is a professional vacuum thermoforming equipment that integrates advanced forming system, precise heating system and intelligent control system.
1.Two-station alternate operation mode
The equipment adopts a design of alternating operation at the left and right stations: while the left station enters the central heating furnace according to the program for heating, the right station can simultaneously carry out forming processing and material replacement operations. Through station rotation, continuous production without interruption is achieved, making it an ideal solution for luggage box manufacturing.
2. Forming Precision Assurance System
The equipment is equipped with a high-precision laser positioning system, which can monitor the position of the sheet material in real time and effectively suppress the thermal deformation of the material. The large-capacity vacuum chamber provides a stable negative pressure environment for the forming process. Each forming workstation is equipped with a complete pressure control system, including a pre-blowing device, a two-stage vacuum system (small vacuum in the initial stage + large vacuum in the secondary stage), and a demolding assistance device, which, together with a precisely adjustable flow valve system, perfectly meets the forming process requirements of materials such as polycarbonate.
3. Rapid mold change and efficient cooling system
The mold changing system adopts a rapid locking design. The mold can be changed simply by operating the positioning rods on the mold installation base plate. The cooling system is equipped with four sets of high-performance centrifugal fans, which support multi-angle air supply adjustment, significantly reducing the cooling and shaping time of the products.
4. Independent Temperature-Controlled Heating System
The heating system adopts an independent temperature control design for the upper and lower parts: the upper part is equipped with a 122×122-sized honeycomb far-infrared heating module, and the lower part has four sets of horizontally symmetrical high-efficiency heating tubes. The intelligent temperature control compensation system can precisely adjust the temperature balance of the two workstations. The heating furnace body with a lateral movement function can also achieve mold preheating, further enhancing production efficiency.
5. Dual-mode operation and security protection
The equipment supports both manual and automatic operation modes, and is equipped with an infrared safety curtain protection system. The user-friendly control interface enables real-time parameter adjustment and process formula storage functions, making the operation intuitive and easy.
